Amanda Uchida is a Honolulu based real estate professional with over a decade of experience specializing in residential sales and investments. As the founder of Torus Realty, Amanda combines her expertise in real estate with a passion for design, marketing, and client success. Her meticulous attention to detail and personalized approach ensure each client’s unique goals are met, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing in properties.

Her career began at a prominent luxury real estate firm, where she co-listed gaining invaluable insights into high-end property transactions Today, she leads Torus Realty with a commitment to elevated service, thoughtful marketing, and genuine connection ensuring every client’s goals are met with clarity and care.

When she’s not working with clients, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling and exploring creative ventures.

With over 30 years of experience in real estate, George Yanai has dedicated his career to helping clients achieve their property goals with expertise and integrity.

Originally from Yamaguchi, Japan, George is bilingual in Japanese and connects effortlessly with clients. George’s background is as varied as it is impressive. Before real estate, he owned a dental lab in the 1980s and later ventured into an emerald business, traveling to Colombia to source premium gemstones.

Beginning his real estate career in 1989, George initially managed over 100 apartment rental units. By 1999, he expanded his focus to luxury real estate, where he continues to excel in Hawaii’s high-end market. An experienced investor, George is well-versed in buying, renovating, renting, and selling personal residential and commercial properties.

He now resides in Kahala, frequently traveling to Japan with his wife, Mika. George also has a daughter, Malina, who lives in Paris, where she attended design school.

Isaac brings years of hands-on experience in Hawaii's real estate industry with a background spanning property management, sales, operations and client service.  His detailed understanding of property maintenance and market performance allows him to successfully guide clients through both sales and property management goals with confidence. 

Maurice Leap brings a strong background in information technology and systems support to the Torus Realty team. With experience in technical infrastructure and digital platforms, he assists in the development and implementation of emerging technologies alongside Dan Uchida.

Dan Uchida is a successful entrepreneur and business owner with decades of experience across multiple industries. Known for his innovative and strategic approach, he has built and operated several thriving ventures by identifying opportunities and turning them into profitable businesses.

Dan graduated from UC Riverside with a B.A. in Business Administration and is bilingual in English and Japanese. His experience has taught him the importance of hard work, dedication, and precision in every endeavor.

Dan’s latest venture is joining Torus Realty, where he brings his expertise in blockchain technology to explore emerging ways to enhance transparency and security in real estate transactions. While full blockchain integration in the industry is still developing, his hands-on work with Solana and Polygon networks including creating tokens, NFTs, and contributing to one of the world’s first NFT-verified wristwatches, reflects his forward-thinking approach and commitment to innovation.
